Anika and Jaco have hosted here for nine years; their team knows every fold of the valley. We share our passion for food and the area with guests.

  • Standard Suite, up to 2 guests. Comfortable suite with garden view. Two queens, en-suite bathroom, fireplace. Amenities: Two queen beds, Garden view, Fireplace, Free Wi-Fi.
  • Suite 7 (Vineyard), up to 2 guests. Top-floor suite with an east-facing balcony. Catches the autumn sunrise from about 6:20. The morning rooibos is part of the room. Amenities: King bed, Private balcony, Fireplace, Soaking tub, Rooibos service.

Experiences

  • Cellar tour at 16:00 (1h 30m). A 90-minute walk through three neighbouring small-producer cellars, ending with a five-glass tasting on the stoep. Run daily; book ahead at harvest.
  • Spa treatment (1h). In-room or in-spa massages, scrubs, and rasul. Bookings via the front desk; 24h notice preferred.
  • Sunrise walk in the grove (45m). A 45-minute loop through the olive grove and along the dam wall. Best done before breakfast. Anika often joins guests on Sundays.

What are the spa hours?
The spa runs 09:00 to 19:00 daily. Sundays 10:00 to 18:00. Treatments by reservation, 24h notice preferred.

Can guests join the cellar tour?
Yes, daily at 16:00. The tour is included for staying guests at no extra charge. Non-guests welcome on request, R350 per person.

What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 14:00. We can usually accommodate earlier arrivals; let us know your flight and we will try to make a room ready.

Are pets allowed?
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Garden Cottage by prior arrangement. R200 per stay cleaning fee.
Do you welcome children?
Children aged 12 and over are very welcome. We are not set up for toddlers; the pool and the cellar tour aren't safe for very small guests.

How do I get there from Cape Town?
About 50 minutes by car, mostly highway. We can arrange a private transfer from CPT airport for R950 one-way.
